Change is important for an organization like The Empire because, without change, The Empire would likely lose our competitive edge and fail to meet our goals.  Change also allows The Empire to allow employees to learn new skills, explore new opportunities and exercise their creativity in ways that ultimately benefit The Empire through new ideas and increased commitment.

You might remember little Katie Schumpert,from the article that was put out in 1996 about our (then) new Sunshine Day Care Center (front row, blonde hair). You'll be glad to know that she has graduated and served with honors in the STTC (Storm Trooper Training Corps)!!! Way to go Katie!!!!

TODAY is my last day at the Empire.

After almost 12 years, first as a summer intern, then in the Death Star and now in London, I believe I have worked here long enough to understand the trajectory of its culture, its people and its massive, genocidal space machines. And I can honestly say that the environment now is as toxic and destructive as I have ever seen it.
