
Once you've built the right team, make sure that each member of that team knows that you support them, that you value them, and are there for them. Don't build a team of "yes men", stay away from a team of the same personalities (unless they are clones), don't micromanage and try to control every action and decision, don't build a team where talents and skills overlap.
Instead look for team members who have Integrity, Honesty, Great Communication Skills, Resilience, who Share Mission and Sense of Purpose.
Trust your team, you're only as good as they are. Continue to inspire your team, allow them to be creative, efficient, cohesive. Put together your staff then get out of the way, trust in your ability to pick a winning team. And don't hesitate to let someone go who is affecting the team as a whole.
